This page is for you to refer a patient to us here at Southside Orthodontic Clinic. We truly appreciate each one of your referrals. In return, please be assured we will keep you informed of your patient’s orthodontic treatment journey.
If you think your patient would benefit from orthodontic treatment, please refer them to us and we will carry out a full assessment. Moderate & severe cases will be NHS funded and options available to milder cases will be fully explained.
All we need is the patient’s name, address, postcode, telephone number and date of birth. We also need the dentist’s details and any relevant clinical information. We are happy to accept referrals by any of the following methods:
